However, when you use multiple RAMs, one failed stick could slow down your PC. Other than that, the Hard Disk drive can have Bad Sector, which is also a reason for the PC to Slow down.

If your Hard Disk has very little free space, it could also slow down the PC. Especially, make sure your C drive has enough free space because all the programs create temporary files in the C drive.

If you have recently installed several programs, they might be running in the background and slowing down the PC. So, try uninstalling the recently installed programs, then restart the PC and see if the problem still exists.
