Android 13 was officially released on 15 Aug 2022 on Google Pixel (4 & later versions)

1. Audio Enhancement: Android 13 supports special audio and Bluetooth LE for higher quality audio.

2. Advanced Clip Board: When you copy a text or image, a preview box will appear on the lower left side of the screen which allows you to edit it.

3. The music player widget on the lock screen is larger & changes color according to the album art color. The music controls now include repeat, shuffle, timeline, and volume control.

4. Privacy: While giving photo access to apps, you can give permission only to access the selected files instead of the entire gallery. Works for documents and other files as well.

5. Notifications: Apps cannot send you notifications without having your permission.

6. Active App Indicator: The Active App Indicator at the bottom of the Notification slider shows apps that are running in the background.

7. App Specific Language: Now you can have different languages for different apps.

8. PIP to Split Screen: Split Screen button will shift the PIP video into split screen mode.

9. Vibration Control: Along with volume, you can also control vibration intensity. Android 13 allows you to adjust Notification, Alarm, and Touch Feedback Vibrations.

10. New Finger Print Setup with animated guide will help you setup the fingerprint better for faster unlocks.

11. Built-in QR Code Feature that can be quickly accessed through the Notification Slider.

12. The Universal Search bar allows you to search on Google, YouTube, PlayStore, and Photos.

13. In the Notifications Shade, Power & Settings buttons has been moved down to the lower right corner.

14. Improved Theme Picker: The Theme Picker for your wallpapers has 16 multicolor options and 16 solid color options.
